github的各种问题
针对GitHub.com 打开忙，布局乱，Git clone速度慢到4K ，或者断开
fatal: early EOF
fatal: The remote end hung up unexpectedly
fatal: index-pack failed
git did not exit cleanly (exit code 128)
修改hosts
- 用文本编辑器打开：%SystemRoot%\System32\drivers\etc\hosts
- 复制内容上面文件
